Fairy Dust Windsor

Fairy Dust (Gregorian ex Dreaming Lady) was runner-up to the subsequent Listed Dragon Stakes fourth Tanfantic over this course and distance on debut June 24th, raced in front throughout the final two furlongs and had the rail to help and she found plenty when shaken up to readily assert in the final furlong. Asserting inside the final two furlongs, the 8-11 favourite hit the line with 2 ¼ lengths to spare over Rania (Estidhkaar). The winner is the first foal out of a daughter of the Gr.3 Endeavour Stakes winner Ballymore Lady, who is herself a half to the Gr.3 Cowdin Stakes scorer Sunray Spirit. We sold Fairy Dust to Billy Jackson Stop and Tom & Jackie Clover at Tattersalls Book 3. Well done to her delighted connections The Fairy Dust Partnership! This capped off a stellar few days for her sire Gregorian who only 24 hours earlier had proved Queen Jo Jo winner of the Gr.3 Summer Fillies Stakes at York.
