Clodovil sires TWO top flight winners for Richard Fahey at Newmarket

27 Sep 2015

Congratulations to Richard Fahey who trained two Clodovil winners at the home of racing in Newmarket. First the Oghill bred, Third Time Lucky (ex Speckled Hen) fought hard to win the £160,000 Cambridgeshire. Afterwards Richard said “the kind of horse you want… one that battles.” Oghill have a filly foal at home that is a full sister to Third Time Lucky.

Then Rathasker Book 1 graduate, Drifting Spirit (ex Laureldean Spirit) won the 7f fillies nursery in style for connections. She is from the family of G1 performing Clodovil’s Nahoodh and San Marino Grey and looks to be extremely promising.
