Moonhall Milly an exciting winner for Bungle Inthejungle at Santa Anita Park

MOONHALL MILLY (Bungle Inthejungle ex Analasa) was purchased privately after a fast finishing third at Navan last September, and resurfaced for these connections to be a close second on February 1st at Santa Anita Park. Here she struck at course and distance of that initial race – this time in a $53,000 MSW over 5 ½ furlongs. She stalked a bit off the rail then outside a rival on the turn, came out some and rallied between horses under urging to gain the lead in deep stretch and gamely prevailed. Congratulations to breeders Liam Kavanagh of  Leaf Stud, trainer Leonard Powell and owner: Red Baron's Barn LLC and Rancho Temescal LLC. She will be campaigned at Del Mar over the summer.
